The Brand Health Audit
A brand audit built for the whole brand.
A brand audit evaluates how clearly, consistently and credibly your business presents itself across its website, search presence, AI visibility, social profiles, reviews and public listings. We read the signals, then show you what's helping and what's holding you back.
Over 0+ businesses audited
Public-data brand audits run for businesses across every industry.
Proof-driven marketing to scale every business
Twelve categories. One weighted Brand Health Score.
The Brand Health Score is a weighted result across twelve categories, from positioning and messaging to search visibility, answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), reputation and founder authority. We score a category only when there's enough accessible evidence to justify it.

What the report looks like
Score, data coverage and confidence are reported separately, so you always know the difference between weak performance and a source we couldn't reach.

- Confidence

How it works
01
Enter your website
We begin with publicly accessible pages, profiles, listings, reviews and search signals.
02
Confirm what we found
Review the public sources we discovered and optionally add business context, public profile links or brand materials.
03
We scan and score
We evaluate twelve brand categories. Categories without sufficient evidence are marked Not assessed rather than scored as zero.
04
You get the report
Receive an evidence-backed report showing your Brand Health Score, data coverage and confidence separately.
Evidence, not opinion
Every material finding names the source, the observed signal and the scan date. We separate what we observed from what we infer.
Score and Data Coverage are separate
A low score means weak observed performance. Low Data Coverage means we couldn't reach enough sources. A source we can't verify is left out of the score, never counted as a zero.
We diagnose. Then we can fix it.
The report tells you what needs addressing and why it matters commercially. Replacement copy, code and full strategy sit with our brand strategy and marketing services — see the results across our client work.
Common questions
- What is a brand audit?
- A brand audit is a structured evaluation of how clearly, consistently and credibly a business presents itself across every public surface — website, search results, AI answers, social profiles, reviews and listings. It identifies what is working, what is contradicting itself, and what is missing.
- What does the Brand Health Audit check?
- Twelve scored categories: brand strategy and messaging, visual identity, entity consistency, website experience and technical health, conversion and customer journey, SEO visibility, AEO readiness, GEO and AI visibility, reputation and sentiment, social and content presence, founder and authority signals, and paid media (scored only when you connect a read-only ad account).
- How long does the audit take?
- The scan itself runs in a few minutes. The intake takes about five minutes if you want the deeper analysis, and the full report is emailed to you as soon as the scan completes.
- Is the Brand Health Audit free?
- Yes. The public-data scan and report are free. No credit card or sales call is required. You may optionally provide brand materials, business context or authorized read-only account access for deeper analysis, but these inputs are never required.
- What is the difference between the score and data coverage?
- The Brand Health Score measures observed performance. Data coverage measures how much of your public footprint we were able to reach. If a platform blocks our scan, that source is excluded from the score rather than counted as a zero, and coverage drops instead.
The report identifies the signals. We find the causes.
Visibility gets attention. Coherence turns it into growth. Our team works out what's driving each signal, decides what matters commercially, and builds the positioning, messaging, website and marketing systems that fix it.
